Our factory features a professional rubber lab equipped with key testing and development instruments, including a small-scale mixing mill, vulcanizing machine, Mooney viscometer, and tensile strength tester. We also use precision tools to measure thickness, hardness, weight, and width to ensure every product meets strict quality standards.

The lab stores various raw materials and chemical additives for research and formulation, such as imported 1675N butyl rubber, reclaimed butyl rubber, carbon black, and sulfur. Through rigorous testing and continuous formulation optimization, our inner tubes offer excellent air retention, aging resistance, and safety-consistently delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.
