What is Tyre?
A tire is an essential component mounted on a vehicle’s wheel, mainly made of rubber and composite materials. It supports the vehicle’s weight, absorbs road shocks, provides traction, and ensures safe driving. By maintaining proper contact and friction with the road surface, the tire helps keep the vehicle stable during starting, steering, and braking, and is widely used in cars, trucks, agricultural machines, and construction vehicles.

Tyre Tread：The tread is the rubber layer in direct contact with the road, providing traction and protecting the carcass and belt layers while extending tire service life.
Tyre Shoulder：Located between the tread and sidewall, the shoulder contains thick rubber and is designed to dissipate heat generated during operation.
Tyre Sidewall：Positioned between the shoulder and bead, the sidewall protects the carcass, enhances driving comfort, and displays tire specifications and markings.
Bead：The bead secures the tire to the rim and consists of bead wires, bead filler, and bead wrap, ensuring a tight fit and preventing detachment under pressure.
Carcass：The carcass is the tire’s main structural framework, maintaining air pressure, supporting loads, and absorbing road shocks.
Breaker / Belt Layer：The breaker (in bias tires) and belt layer (in radial tires) reinforce the area between the tread and carcass, reducing vibration and increasing tread rigidity.
Inner Liner：The inner liner is an airtight rubber layer that prevents air loss and replaces the inner tube.
