Product Specifications & Fitment

This inner tube is precisely designed for 1100R20 tires, ensuring proper fit and stable installation without twisting or displacement. The section width is 311 mm, giving the tube a full shape and even stress distribution. Each tube weighs 3.4 kg, achieving a practical balance between strength and elasticity.
The standard valve is TR179A, known for its stable sealing performance. For different rim designs or maintenance preferences, the tube can also be supplied with the V3-06-5 removable valve.

Raw Material & Manufacturing Control

We use Russian imported 1675N natural rubber, selected for its high tensile strength, good elasticity, and strong resistance to aging and fatigue. This material performs well under high pressure and long driving hours. All key processes are handled by experienced workers to ensure consistent quality from batch to batch.

Quality Inspection & Reliability

The factory implements double manual inspection, checking each tube after forming and again before shipment. In addition, every finished tube undergoes a 24-hour inflation test to eliminate slow leaks and hidden defects, ensuring stable air retention in real use.
