Practical Valve Design and Consistent Quality Control

The tube is fitted with a TR78A valve stem, providing reliable sealing for commercial truck tires. For additional convenience during maintenance, the valve can also be replaced with interchangeable V3-06-5 or V3-04-5 valves, allowing easier servicing in various operating conditions. To maintain consistent product standards, we carry out batch inspections on raw materials, rubber compounds, and finished tubes. These checks ensure stable air tightness, reliable material performance, and dependable quality before shipment.
