Most road bikes have 700C wheels and need 700C inner tubes to install them.
Some urban and hybrid vehicles use 26 inch tires, which are usually wide and require inner tubes of different sizes, while folding bicycles and children's bicycles usually have wheels of different sizes.
Most 700C tubes are suitable for tires up to 25mm wide, which is the most common road bike. But you can also find a wider inner tube to adapt to the 28mm tires now equipped with some bicycles.
Narrower tires usually fit these wider tubes and stretch a little to fill the space. It's unlikely to blow out. On the other hand, wider tubes may be difficult to access 23 mm or 25 mm tires
