With the rapid development of technologies like 5G, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence, the tire industry is entering an era of "smart" technology. Smart tires can monitor tire pressure, temperature, and wear in real time, and even leverage data to interact with vehicle systems for proactive safety interventions. This trend presents unprecedented challenges and opportunities for traditional innertube manufacturing.
As an innertube manufacturer with a 30-year history, we clearly understand that the innertube of the future will not only be a supporting structure but also part of an intelligent tire system. Currently, some high-end tire manufacturers are experimenting with embedding sensors between the tire carcass and innertube, or integrating them directly into the innertube material, which places higher technical demands on us.
To address this change, we are collaborating with universities and sensor technology companies to develop "smart innertubes" with sensing capabilities. We are exploring the application of new materials such as pressure-sensitive films and conductive rubber in innertube manufacturing to achieve real-time sensing of tire pressure and temperature. Furthermore, we are also improving traditional innertube structures to make them more suitable for integration with smart devices, such as by reserving sensor channels and enhancing the innertube's pressure and temperature resistance.
Of course, the intelligent innertube market is still in its early stages, and the market has yet to take off on a large scale. However, with the increasing popularity of new energy vehicles and autonomous vehicles, the penetration rate of smart tires will continue to rise. We believe that our pioneering position in smart inner tubes is not only a reflection of technological innovation but also a new starting point for future market competition.
Thirty years of manufacturing expertise and technological innovation are not incompatible; rather, they form a solid foundation for our journey towards intelligent tires. We will continue to lead with technology and shape the "smart future" of the inner tube industry.
