Second, on the product side, the concept of green innertubes is also evolving. Some new innertube products already utilize environmentally friendly formulations such as biodegradable rubber materials, bio-based fillers, and low-carbon carbon black. This not only reduces the carbon footprint but also reduces environmental pollution during waste disposal.

Consumers' awareness of green products is also growing, especially among cyclists and urban logistics vehicle users, who are more sensitive to labels like "eco-friendly inner tubes" and "recyclable materials." This presents both a challenge and a market opportunity for inner tube manufacturers.

Furthermore, factories should focus on developing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) systems. Obtaining certifications such as environmental protection, green factory designation, and carbon footprint assessments not only enhances brand image but also opens up more procurement opportunities in the international market.

In conclusion, green manufacturing is no longer just a value-added proposition; it's an essential path to sustainable business development. Inner tube factories must promote green transformation across the entire supply chain, from raw materials and processes to products and management, to remain firmly entrenched in future environmental policies and consumer trends.
